I'm Deborah; I've always had a passion for art and textiles from an early age. I work with a range of medias but my preferred mediums are ink and Charcoal- I find they can create both energy and emotion.

I also enjoy painting and mono printing. Again I try to capture energy, emotion and movement using these mediums. I don't restrict myself to just using brushes alone; often i will use my fingers or anything lying around the studio to apply the paint/ink.

As well as landscapes/ seascapes I love to draw both domestic and wild animals. I try to capture the individual character and personality each possess.

My textile pieces frequently echo snapshots of nature, never to be repeated, generally unseen by the naked eye.
